everyone is different but personally I recover MUCH faster from a tempo run than from an interval workout. i can do a hard track workout the day after a tempo, usually.
When I go to the McMillan calculator and try to find tempo run pace, it tells me to sign up for McMillan pro. So without knowing the recommended pace, I can't answer.
