The city is fine, we have like 3-4 inches of actual accimulaton. All those 3-4 foot totals you see are about 15 minutes drive south of the city in the Snow Belt.
Most snow I have seen in South Buffalo in 40 years. Shoveled 3 times yesterday and didn't make a dent just keeps coming.
So 3 hours of shoveling must be at least equal to a 5 mile run.

It is a town with a huge amount of potential.
Haven't ran in 5 days but I have more aches and pains then running a marathon. Shoveling snow has just beat me up. Some of the main roads are almost down to blacktop hoping to get a run in tomorrow. I guess this is a good break after summer racing forcing me to take time off.
