College by far. More dedication and still a fun group of kids who you can relate to more with stories and experience. Better conversation as well.

I've got to agree with this ^^^^. The relationship between coach and athlete becomes more cooperative and collaborative at the college level rather than the much more unbalanced situation at the high school level.

I only coached a year of each but I enjoyed high school much better. High school kids have no preconceived notions about the sport and are eager to learn. A lot of college runners already think they know everything.
College, for sure. High school is too hard.
