...Obviously men's results. the only way I would check the women's results is if they womaned-up and ran 8k for the championship season.
I would like to see a poll taken at regionals asking each female how many miles are in 6k. I would guess that a quarter of the field isn't sure and that half the field couldn't figure out their avg mile time when they see their finish time.
My bottom four teams arranged by team finish as opposed to largest disappointment:
#9 - UC Berkeley - I think the program would get a huge boost if each athlete just remained in contact with his high school coach and ignored sandoval. They should replace CAL with UCB on their uniforms as long as they're losing to UCSB
#12- Cal Poly - The Mustangs keep their historic streak alive by narrowly beating their women 12th to 15th, hopefully they didn't leave any visible bruises.
#14 - Arizona - It doesn't take a doctor to travel to 6 different states and 5 foreign countries to fill up a 17 man roster, then only bring 5 to regionals and end up 14th but that is exactly what Dr. Li has done, remarkable. You don't even have to recruit outside the greater Tucson area (population 900k) to get these results.
#19 - UC Davis - You guys gave a solid effort for a few years transitioning from D2 and were even able to steal a conference title. We feel it is now time that you go back and try to find your old spot in line that exists somewhere behind Chico and in front of Humboldt.
