How much weight do you normally gain after your race season?
I'm in a transition period where I do little training before returning to my base season. Seeing weight gain is discouraging.

At least 10 pounds. Usually in a week or less. I like doughnuts.
I have gained about 4 pounds since i have been off for 2 weeks. i make sure to eat really healthy but i end up binging and crap, idk. don't binge, eat healthy and you won't gain a lot.
10 pounds is normal though
I've been wondering about this too-could there be positive effects of getting back into base training after having gained a bit of weight? Kind of like weight training...?
So I guess anything under 10lbs is nothing to worry about
