With the staggered registering for BQ - 20, BQ - 15, it already is as tough as it needs to be.

to the OP though, i don't think the qualification standards are going to get tougher anytime soon. the baa just tightened them down recently and with the rolling start, most people are reasonably happy/ok-with-it.
