And then this past summer I switched out a fartlek day and did more of a longer run that day and my weekly long run I upped from 25 or so miles to 30 to 31 miles. I did those at 5:50 to 6:00 pace per mile, the long runs. Still had tempo Tuesdays, which I like to do. Those were between 10 and 15 miles this time, not quite as quick, usually around 5:15, 5:20 pace per mile, as long as I could go.
