Hello!
I fractured my sacrum (complete fracture, NOT stress fracture) on saturday (25th Oct 2014). The fracture was visible on a lateral view x-ray.
No surgery is required and was told to just rest.
I am used to exercising (running/aerobics/HIIT) 5-6 times a week and just sitting at home is making me terribly depressed.
Is it too early to start swimming and water running?
I cannot walk/sit/stand or lie down without pain at the moment so i'm going to stay well clear of running at the moment.
Any tips on other exercises i can do to maintain my cardio? / overall fitness?
