Check the USATF website. If it is not there (which it likely isn't considering what a crappy job they do) call or email USATF and ask them.
As noted above, nothing on USATF site about LA 2015 championship race. However, here are the standards for the recent (Twin Cities, October 5) USATF marathon championship:
I doubt if they will make any significant changes to this. Likely no change at all.

Likely the same 2:25, but they may expand if the field isn't large enough. I got into this year's with a 2:33.
Just realized the USA 15k is the day before on March 14..
Correct me if I'm wrong, but won't the marathon championship be the trials? So 2:17/1:05 to get in?
