I made an anonymous true denunciation of my landlord on Craigslist, and now the post has been flagged. I'm also blocked

I sublease an apartment and the landlord, a local real estate agency, has failed to repair the washing machine common to the several apartments in the building for more than SIX MONTHS now. I made an anonymous posting about the agency on Craigslist. I renewed the post a few times but it disappeared. When I investigated, I found that the post had been flagged for removal. I cannot repost it, and I seem unable to post anything new about the real estate agency. I'm unsure if it is my email address that is blocked or that the blocking software scans for the name of the agency.

If the landlord simply made the repair as he is obligated, all would be fine. But now it not only fails to fulfill its duties, but it has gone beyond and blocked exposure of its dereliction.

Any suggestions about how to bypass Craigslist's blockers?

when u leave the house unplug your modem for a while, then re-power it up w hen u get home. and often times you'll have a new Ip address, allowing you to post again.

I don't have the document before me but I'm almost certain that utilities are included. I pay my rent to one of my apartment-mates who pays the agency. I think I'm the only tenant not from Colombia in the whole four-apartment building.

If utilities are included, then forget about Craigslist and just sting him on the utilities: leave your hot water running all day, every day; crank up your A/C and also plug in space heaters; run your dishwasher/washing machine constantly.

I sub-leased the top floor of a woman's house for a year and utilities were included. She screwed me over so the last month I lived there, I ran up a power bill in the nature of $1,200 bucks.

Common area utilities like washing machines in laundry rooms may be treated differently than a washer in your apartment. Read the lease. This stuff varies widely state to state and even among municipalities.
