Do sprinters do weights on EASY track days or Hard track days?...do sprinters lift every day of the week?...is it legs one day, then chest back another day, then arms another day?
What do sprinters do on easy days? (blocks and weight room?)…do they jog miles on easy days or just do a few hard 200s?
I'm interviewing for more of a distance coaching aide position, but want to be versed in sprinting
