Create me a plan to recovery from my overtrain and kick ass this spring in the mile and 3200m during track. Not really sure if I overtrained during summer base or season with speed work. I think it was the summer base...I went from 35-50 in about 5 weeks. Not really sure what overtraining is and how long to rest after I get it and knowing when to run again. I also need a winter plan...Any advice, help or expierences?
Never ran a better time in XC from overtraining but when this goes away will I notice the base?
