I am a 4/8 runner and I just did my first long run. It was 8 miles. It was fine the first 4 miles, but the second half was boring AF!
Anyways, tomorrow I want to lift and run a tempo probably. Or are you supposed to take it easy after a long run? Is a long run considered an easy workout or hard workout? My thought is that it is easy because of how slow you run it.
