When I ran 4:20 I was boozing HARD 3 days a week

Physically possible, but you have to start now by building a very strong aerobic base. And later in the next calendar year start doing good speed work in late April/early May and keep your mileage high. Good luck...
I have a similar goal, only for May. Good luck, I'm just going to be putting in a ton of miles this winter and start adding more speed when I get close to track season.
