Hello everyone,
I am 6 months into running and would like to take my 5k/10k training to the next level.
Stats:
-5k: 24 in training
-10k: 49 in training
-half: 1h51 in race (uphill end)
-marathon : 4h18 in race (crashed around 24k, followed Daniels To Finish program 40mpw at top)
Any plan to recommend ? I would like to break 45 minutes to start.
