It's nuts, she's eating 2 dozen eggs a week!
WTF is up with that diet? The funny thing is that for years she would only eat some kind egg-beaters or egg whites.

does she fart and poop a lot
I eat 4-5 eggs everyday after my runs each morning without any kind of "diet"
Is she also eating a lot of nuts?
My boy said she can eat 96 egg, she can eat 96 egg!
Scrambled eggs are my main staple food. I probably average five a day and I neither think anything of it nor experience any adverse health effects. I think it's scary that many people consume the equivalent number of serving of starch and grain-based foods on a daily basis.
Good for her. She's most likely more ripped than you are now.
My girlfriend told me to cut it out with the eggs. I was only eating about three a day but she says I reeked of sulfur all the time. I couldn't smell it but it bugged her so now I don't eat them every day and she's stopped complaining.

I was just gonna say... if you want to go crazy with the egg beaters, ok. If you want to indulge in eggs occasionally, alright. But when you get around to heavy petting #heavypetting, the crazy Takeru Kobayashi macho stuff, how do you think that'll hold up? It's gonna smell. Don't believe for a second men are the only gender who can be ultra stinky. Also, girls should wear less makeup.

Ditto.

Um, why do you find that "scary" ??
(if we are talking real potatoes [not fries] and whole grains, there is absolutely no reason why you should consider this "scary" .
Contrary to the pseudo-science i am sure you are steeped in, some people, not all, will indeed raise their total/ldl cholesterol #'s via a high dietary cholesterol intake coupled with high sat fat intake. This will in turn raise their CVD risk. This may not be you, but I wouldn't be so sure it is not. An egg or two a day most days of the week is fine for most people. But as your "main staple food"...? And if you are combining those 5 eggs a day with loads of butter, red meat, and coconut oil (which for some strange reason I think you are, and at least some people are)....then good luck with that, you'll need it)
That's only 3-4 eggs a day... Big deal. Perfectly fine.

What's paleo about regularly eating eggs, which would've only been available to people who domesticated birds? Domesticating animals isn't very "paleo". Tell your wife to go hunt for crow's eggs instead.

No. Eat animal meat instead. Eat meat, meat, and more meat.
No bread, pasta and rice. And you will be buffed.
random thoughts-
On average Americans consume about 10 dozen eggs per year, about 5 a week. Information on percentage consumed as processed food versus as whole eggs seems to be hard to find.
Information on what constitutes ideal consumption is all over the place and often contradictory.
Remember your body naturally works to keep cholesterol levels optimum- the more cholesterol you consume the less your liver produces (gallbladder is also in the game here). As with everything at some point excess becomes excess.
I usually make my scrambled or omelets with a one whole large egg and two additional whites ratio. French toast mix is 3 whites to one whole egg. The yolks go into making mayonnaise that is shared with neighbors or tossed. In my neighborhood stores buying whole eggs and discarding the yolks is less expensive than buying liquid whites or eggbeater type products by 15-20%. If you normally use those products do the math.
Everything in moderation including moderation. If I go out to dine I eat what ever I find interesting on the menu. I make a distinction fueling and dining. A quick bite or daily lunch out is menu thoughtful but if I'm in a white tablecloth joint I'm eating the best the chef offers.

Curious as why fries are not ok? Dietitians tell me that potatoes are good and polyunsaturated fats are good (not saturated they are bad). So how come when you eat potatoes and polyunsaturated fats (fries) then they are not so good? It is so confusing what you tell me and I get confused between the dietitian telling me opposite of the science.

They are low quality oils to begin with, and likely contain trans fats and various other unhealthy byproducts because the frying oil isn't changed frequently enough.

But no I use fresh out of bottle every time and the advert say vegetable polyunsaturated oil is very good. No trans fats. Just healthy polyunsaturated oil and healthy potato all mixed up and cooked together. Healthy no?
