OK so did my first marathon almost 5wks ago this Sun. I've been having a heck of a time recovering. Been having a lot of issues w/ what I think is IT band. It's a sharp stabbing pain on my right knee, on the right side. I've been taking time off, doing various, stretches, foam rolling... Once I think it's better it comes back to bite me in the middle of a run.
Any ideas here? I mean how long does this/can this last?
So frustrated :(
