Wondering what to do about what I guess is knee tendonitis that I have had since a 120 mile/12 hour bike ride this time last year which started my clicking trouble. (I'm not really a cyclist, so that ride was probably not a good idea.)
Anyway, I have run on and off for the past 12 months. I'm a 1:24 half/36 min 10k guy. Mpw generally is low, around 40 mi with a good mix of hard, easy and rest days.
There's never any real pain, just a mild wobbliness in my knee that I notice after a hard day or after I've been sitting down for a long period of time.
Other bits: I'm 36, 5' 9"/130 lbs, don't sleep well but am otherwise in good health.
I've done ice treatment, all the strengthening exercises and roll it out regularly with not much change. It hasn't gotten worse, but it hasn't gotten better either. Anyone else had experience with this? Anything work?
