Finished up Cross country, my best ever season, but leaving something to be desired near the end of the season as I peaked early. Meet times, in order:
Invitationals:
18:25, ,17:34, 18:50 (hardest course), 17:01 (weekend of 17:38), 18:13 (injured)
Dual Meets (very hard course treated often as workouts
20:30, 19:00, 18:30, 18:05, 17:3,5 18:02, 18:05 (injured after)
-so, I PR'd with 17:01 running consistent 30-35 miles a week from the summer to until i got injured, which should be resolved pretty quickly now that i'm done running for the year. Only one 10 day injury at the very start of the season resulting in slow beginning times.
So, how do I go about breaking these times?
