Hello, sophmore in college here. Last Tuesday was 26x400, 90 sexonds rest, beginning in 81, ending at 77. Friday was a speed ladder workout, long run Sunday, and Tuesday was 2 mile, 3 mile, 1 mile, 800, 800, 800, 1 mile all with 3 minute rest. I ran 11:30, 18:01, 5:35, 2:47, 2:40, 5:29. I have been averaging 80-90 mpw this season, I race this weekend with a " down " week of 76. What would my 8 and 10k times be approximately? Thanks everyone!
