I'm just fresh off of the worst season I've ever had in my life. I ran fine in the workouts, not "being a workout hero" but when it came to the races after a mile into the XC race I just lost the motivation and looked like I was just going for a run. My 5K PB is a 19:40, 4K 15:38, 3:08 1000m and mile 5:13, but this season my best was a 20:57, and on the same course a couple weeks later I ran a 22:40.It's not even like I was tired or sore after a race, I'm just mentally lost. What should I do between now and Winter Track which starts November 18th.
