...maybe? I think that workout indicates at least sub-16 potential. Beyond that I can't give you a prediction with confidence.

I would have guessed around 16 flat based off this one workout. I guess it depends on the effort level etc...

I could do sub 16 off an easier workout ...long ago. I don't think sub 15:30 is assured.
