Most ever author writes with the hope they will make money. There is nothing wrong with that all. People who like an author's work but it. People who don't like it don't buy.

Hey stick!
So what? Most of what people do is a pathetic attempt to make money.
If you haven't read it or won't then how do you know it's stupid? I'm reading it right now, it's interesting but then again I like reading autobiographies or how an athlete got where they did in life.
Learn? I think you are the one that needs to go back to school mate - you spelling is awful!
Then you don't have much of a life and have yet to learn the true meaning. I spent one minute responding to your post. You'll spend hours reading dribble about sex in an attempt to sell books because he can't be interesting enough without it. Get a life!

Would you feel better if he gave the e-book away for free on Amazon?
I don't think it's stupid for him to use his position to try to make money for himself. It's more stupid to complain about someone trying to better themselves and make a profit. Goof for Nick.
Personally, as soon as I read yesterdays "sexual conquests" quote, I knew I wouldn't read the book. No offense to Nick Symmonds but I really don't care about reading where some dudes junk has been.

So? What's the problem with that? Going to work is my pathetic attempt to make money.
The OP suggested you read a book by the Unabomber. Y'all got trolled!
Nothing pathetic about the Unabomber, I guess.

Brother Ted actually had some interesting points. Until he started mailing letter bombs to his old professors. If he stayed away from that, he might be a counter culture hero.

If that's the same stick I think it is, I know him too!
If it succeeds at making money then it is not a pathetic attempt.
There is nothing that I can gather about Symmonds' life that I would like to read more about. I won't read it even if someone paid me 1000 dollars.

There are very few books I wouldn't read for $1000. You could probably buckle down and read this in 5 hours for a cool $200 /hr. Granted, it does sound pretty bad from the excerpts he's posted.
No I wouldn't and you just don't get it. I wouldn't read it for free. To read him bragging about sex to make himself feel better. Please, life is too short. What does that have to do with his event? Go out and enjoy your own life instead of reading about some braggart looking for attention and a talk/radio show circuit.

And yes, I'm well aware that he reads these boards...looking to stroke the old ego. Sorry, that book is a waste.
