Hello,
I am 17 years old, I have just started training athletics(10 months ago). I am enjoying in racing at 1500m and my PR is 4:40(First time I ran 5:01).
But I don't like my coach, I think the program which he is giving to me is not good enough and I want something more advance.
I searched on the net for some training plans for this distance, but I can't find something which suites me.
My other PRs are:
400m - 59s
800m - 2:05
3km - 10:24
5km - 18:10
Could you advise me creating a new advance plan, at least for from November to May-June.
p.s. I can't get a new coach, because I can't leave my club for 1 year.
