Quick question.
Running the New York marathon on November 2nd. I'm using Hanson's training plan and have stuck to it for the entirety of the training. To date, I've hit all of the paces and mileage. I have one last 10 mile marathon pace run scheduled for this week. I'm more tired than usual, feel like I may have a little head cold and am just kind of forcing my way through most of my runs.
Wondering if I should skip this final 10 miler, or if I should push through?
30 year old - new (2nd year) runner - just looking to break 4, possibly pushing for 3:50.
