Hey everyone. Currently, I have PRs of 4:27/9:39 1600/3200 set in my sophomore year track season. I need to drop at least 9 seconds in the 1600 and 20 in the 3200 to be competitive (to be recruited by my dream school). What should I do to achieve this (currently running 42 mpw w/2-3 hard workouts a week)???
