Lactate threshold is different for every single athlete/person. The more aerobically trained someone is, the higher their lactate threshold will be. But then, one athlete may start at 88% and train up to 93%, while a team mate might start at 80% and train up to 85%.
So there are no magic numbers or paces or percentages of paces which fit every athlete.
