Do you believe anyone gets through life without some serious problem? Often society hates people who get everything and are too perfect. Is it that some people hide their problems better than others?

Life is about weathering problems and helping other weather their problems. If you have no problems to speak of, you haven't lived a meaningful life.
Everyone has problems. Everyone.
Some people just complain louder (Jamin). Others have huge issues (Tyrannosaurus Rexxing) but would likely not ever admit it.
Anyone, and I mean ANY PERSON who walks into a therapists office will be diagnosed with something.
I don't think Derek Jeter has problems, or at least a minimal amount of them.
In general, I agree. It should be hard for the rich to have any real problems. If they do, it would seem they create their own problems.
Those who don't have problems do have problems and those who do, don't.

Humans are weird. We have depression, shame, fundamental inability to get satisfaction out of life (although that may be related to depression), undiagnosed and non-apparent mental illness...Rich people commit suicide, treat their life recklessly (by taking ridiculous risk with drugs, adventure-seeking, driving, motorcycles, etc.)
With that said, that "everyone" has "problems" is an unfair simplification of the human experience. Yes, I guess everyone sees a cloud now and then, but people's experience could range from almost no existential and physical pain to constant torment.

You are not familiar with emotional or physical abuse and how they are handed down, generation by generation.
I see your point, but wealth and position should offer one options. The stresses and difficulties faced by the avergae and less than average create issues that concern the very foundations of one's existence. Certainly, one can be free and at peace in one's spirit, but beyond this the world presents quite a challenge for the untermensch.
