This is me: Recent 16:05 5K, recent 1:15 half
Problem: I don't run high mileage. I average maybe 60K/week (not miles), with a max of 80K. I've only done 2 runs over 27K in the last 6 months. I'm running the NYC marathon. How should I pace this thing? There's no way I will be able to hit my correlated pace with such low volume, so how fast should I start out at? What would be a reasonable 1st half? I am fine with severe pain and positive splitting.
