So I've been having knee trouble for about 2 years now. It all started going for a run with my team and I felt a pain in my knee. I went to the trainer who iced it and ignored me. Wouldn't go away tho - I got bad nots in my calves as a result of elliptical and bike training. After that I went to a doc who took an x-Ray and said my knee doesn't sit right. I now have custom insoles did my shoes but my knee is still killing me. It's not a sharp pain but more of a gradual build up. It can hurt from any little thing like walking to class so trying to run on it hadn't been working. I haven't gotten an MRI yet but I plan to ASAP - anyone have any ideas of what it could be?
I am a 21 year old male about 140lbs and at the time of the injury I was running about 60-70 miles a week if that's needed
