I am a freshman heading into my first year of track. I am looking to drop my 200 and 400 times. My 400 down from a 59 to 55 and 200 from a 24.8 to a low 23 high 24. I need some workouts to do. However, in my town we do not have a track available in the fall and winter. My school also does not have indoor track. This means I am limited mainly to a weight room and treadmill. Any ideas? Much appreciated.
