I ran low 16:20's for 5k and a 4:30 mile in Hs Last year. I'm currently 19 and have been running the occasional 4-5 miles over the past year. As of now im not running at all but i stay in shape by doing core workouts 2-3 times a week. I plan to start training in mid december for a fast half. What type of training would i need to be doing in a year time period.
Weekly mileage/Tempo Runs/Long Runs/Core Workouts?
Any input would help
