Maybe they can do 105 1/2 laps of a nice air conditioned domed track.

3rd win this year! (Daegu and Dubai)
I worry about her overdoing it, this is her 32nd marathon at age 30, good personal best today though.
Well, I mentioned Panamericans because It will be a difficult climate, with Heat, humidity and smog. If the winner can recover from that race, If will be a FAVOURITE IN RIO OLYMPICS (with the same wheather conditions)

A top coach like Schumaker, Salazar etc. would never let an athlete they coach have 32 marathons by age 30, and they probably wont let them run 3 or more mararathons a year as Seboka regularly does.
Example Jordan Hasay is being groomed for the marathon, how many marathons will she have by age 30, I would be surprised if she has 10 by age 30.
Imagine hw well Seboka could run if Schumaker or Salazar coached her? a lot better than she currently is because she would not be over racing marathons.
The Pan Am course has not been released, so your guess is as good as anyone else's.
How fast have past championship marathons been? Seems an awful lot of World's, Olympics, Pan Ams, Commonwealth, etc. are held in the summer, when it can often be hot and humid.
