You are an idiot. They are both VERY different shoes. Go to a specialty running store, try both on, listen to the person selling you the shoes, and buy the one that fits you best from the local store.
Thanks for the compliment. I know they are very different shoes. As I said, I plan to buy a good pair of Nike running shoes for a friend in another country. He can not come to the U.S. and try them on. I don't care for Nike because they run narrow in the toe box, but he loves Nike, and in the small city where he lives they sell only very cheap running shoes because there is no market for 100+ dollar shoes--almost no one there could afford them since the majority of the people there make about 10 dollars a day. My friend is wearing Nike running shoes that cost him approximately 30 dollars. They don't even have removable insoles and they are flimsy. My question was for any intelligent person who knows about the Pegasus and the Vomero and might give me some firsthand advice on which would be a better all-around training shoe. Since my friend can't come to America and try them on, it's kind of a crap shoot, but I am certain that he would be pleased as can be to get ANY of Nike's top-of-the-line running shoes when compared with what he has now. So, could I get some firsthand advice from an intelligent person, because you're obviously not that person.
