I know to focus on XC and what not now, and I am, don't worry about it. I just want to have a friendly discussion.
I'm a steeplechaser primarily, therefore I run a lot of 3ks indoor. I love the 3k and I want to run a pretty damn fast time in it, but I also worry about burning out and not having a great outdoor season.
Is there anyway to have both, or do I just have to compromise?
