Alright well long story short I was having trouble finding a new pair of my running shoes so I continued running in mine even though I could tell they were done (started getting little aches and pains). During the process of trying to find my shoes I went to a running store and got t measured and stuff and the women informed me that I pronate badly and wanted me to try stability shoes. They felt weird to me and I just wanted to stick with my pureflow 2s because that is what has worked for me. Anyway I decided to go on one last run in my old ones and ended up going a bit further than I planned because I just delt really good but as soon as I stopped the inside of my ankle and down to under my foot hurt really bad. I thought it would go away but this morning my ankle is swollen and still painful to even walk. Im so annoyed! Ive dealt with sin splints before I discovered my Brooks but this is new. Anyone know what it could be or what I can do to help alleviate it? My new shoes came in today and I realllllllllly wanna pop some Ibuprofin and run anyway but I know I shouldnt..
