I ran 16:20 for my tempo, i don't get how 16:47 makes sense
I thought the tempo was 15:50?
I got
2:30 rest for the 1k & 800m
4:00 for the mile repeats
I think the course conditions and terrain will hurt you.
3Mile tempo = 15:50 converted to 5k = 16:20s
