I'm 6'0" and weigh ~145 lbs. No idea how much I eat but I'd be really surprised if it were less than 3000kcal per day
60-70 for me, off of 6 runs per week with very few exceptions. I also did about 5 hours per week of cycling (I'm trying to transition to running twice per day) for pretty much all of summer. When I was in high school I don't think I ever did much more than 40 miles per week. I did 50-60 for my half marathon PR, and ~60-80 for the marathon.
