I was at DFW monday just like the nurse.
And I was laughing at all the people in the airport worried about getting Ebola.
Looks like they should have been laughing at me.
I do have one question. Unless these people are under quarantine, why is flying on a plane worse than say going to a mall?
I assume the other nurses are interacting with people, going about their lives. I don't see how flying on a plane is worse than going to a mall.
I guess you could spread it to an entirely different city.

As I understand, there is a lot of concern about Ebola becoming airborne. Obviously Ebola becomes airborne when an infected individual flies on a plane.

She flew to her hometown of Akron with her fiance to plan her wedding. So, yes, I'm sure they have contacted the people she was in contact with. In addition, she called the CDC before flying and was told it was ok for her to fly with a 99.5 degree fever. Just unbelievable.
and she claims the cdc gave her the ok to fly to that wedding...that the called them numerous times the day before she flew with info that she had a rising fever. we're doomed with the PC progressives and with this "president" and his "administration". Lol these are my 3 favorite news sources!! NYT has a liberal bias, but not as bad as you would all like to believe. NPR and PBS are as objective as they come. Just because you don't like bad news from your camp doesn't mean it isn't just plain old objective news. Most people who spout this nonsense actually think FOX is unbiased too. Blows my mind.
