I'm planning out my winter mileage and am hoping to get up to 100. I've done 80 before but I'm going to increase gradually and try to handle a few more. I also read that JK suggests that high schoolers respond best to high mileage followed by a drop to much lower weeks so I though I'd back off to around 60 come race season. How does this buildup look to you guys?
