I've noticed in pictures that when I'm running I drop my right shoulder and my right hip collapses inwards, when I'm landing on my right foot. Any advice on how to correct this? It doesn't look like it happens on my left side.

Just run, baby.
Core exercises. Hip strength exercises. Squats. More core exercises. Every day.

Your pelvis might be tilted.
Your physical therapist can help you with both identifying and fixing the problem.
A video camera or running while watching your shadow and forcefully correcting it while you run will solve this. Physios and glute exercises won't.
I'd love to "just run" but unfortunately it just running leads to "just injured". I'll try all of the above mentioned. What I need to find is a treadmill with a mirror.
Tell us about your injuries. This can help the diagnosis.
I've had patellofemoral pain syndrome in my right knee three out of my last four training cycles. I also will have smaller bouts of hip flexor soreness (also in the right leg), which one Chiropractor diagnosed as some kind of hip tendonitis. The hip stuff has been disruptive but it's more manageable, whereas the PFPS usually means 2-3 months of little to no running.
I'm assuming this is all related to muscle imbalances, which strengthening will help, but I'm worried at this point that the imbalances have become so ingrained in my running form that in addition to strengthening I need to change something in my actual stride to keep myself from collapsing inward.
Follow the advice given above about seeing a good sports PT.
wow
Im screwed. I better find a good pt I guess.
