Ok so I am on my second bout w/ IT band issues my first go around was in my left leg, and ended in about 2wks w/ a lot of stretching and some time off.
This time it's in my right leg, after running a marathon. I have been decreasing my mileage, and taking time off. Also been doing a lot of stretches, and foam rolling.. Today I felt great w/ only a little tenderness during my run.. Now tonight as I sit down the pain is back. Any ideas here? This will be my third wk w/ it.. Is it something other then IT? How long will it last! ugh! Please help!
