This morning I practically filled the whole toilet bowl with bubbles, unlike I've seen it before...
I ran a moderate workout yesterday, 10 miles with some hills fartlek but not too hard, and then later drank some soymilk (I usually don't drink this). Didn't do any strength training though.
Then this morning when I woke up I peed a ridiculous amount of foam. I just can't imagine anything I did would put me off the charts compared to my normal routine. Any thoughts?
