After doing stuff between 200m repeats and a 5 mile tempo, my calves are always very sore regardless after the workout.
The lunaracer seems like a good switch, right?
Any other ideas?
Any help would be awesome

Having sore calves isnt bad after a 200m workout. If you run in low profile shoes you will be soar in the beginning but its not bad and will make you stronger. I suggest sticking with them unless you feel real pain.
lunaracer is softer but not more supportive. if you have sore calves after workouts the problem is conditioning, not your shoes. start doing 10 negative calf raises after every run. it's not a lot of work, but it'll make a difference. should be 2-4wks before your calf soreness disappears.
