Running a half marathon on a relatively hilly course. Although it has a lot of give and take (up and downhill). The race is in 3 weeks. This is a sample week of what I did last week and was curious about someone's prediction for me. Little background, I've been fluttering around 60-85 miles a week for the past couple months with some fartleks sprinkled in. Average long run about 14 miles. Current half pb 1:17:39 (didn't run 2 weeks prior to this).

T: 6 x 1 mile avg 5:24!with 400 rec (12 miles total) Felt easy
W: 5 n the am 4 in the pm
Th: 11 with strides
F: 10
Sat: 13 (first 10 @ 6:40 pace last 3 at 6)
Sun: 11
Every easy run was anywhere from 6:30-6:40 pace.
