Hey letsrun folks. I am a high school junior returning from ry after a big lay off of about 4 months. I uave run 4:51 1600m 10:19 3200m and a track 17:05 5,000m I have goals of breaking 4:30 and 9:50 this spring. My previous mileage was 50 miles average a week. Monday 5-6 easy tuesday 2 mile wu intervals typically 400m-1200m 2 mile cooldown Wednesday easy 5-7 miles Thursday 2 mile easy tempo 3-5 2 miles easy. Friday 5-7 easy Saturday 4-6 easy 6x150 hill sprints. Sunday 10 mile long run.
