So in 2008 I ran a 4:26 marathon with little to no training other than 1 short run ~6 miles and one long run ~12-18 miles a week for about 3 months before the race.
Never ran before in my life prior to 2008.
Since then have done some multi day events and a couple of ultras a couple of halves and a few 10k's.
At the moment I am running 5K in 20 mins 10k in 41-42 mins and managing to keep 8:30 pace on my long runs up to 18-20 miles so far.
Where's my marathon time going to be at come race day in 3 weeks?
