So pretty much the heading can explain for itself. How many miles should i start at after a period of rest, and how long should i rest for. So let's say I built up to 42 miles a week after four months of training, how long of a break should i take and what mileage should i start at? so month two i ran 102 miles, then month three i ran 173 miles, and then went back down to 140 for month four. After month four nothing, so what shall i do?
