Also i forgot to mention minnesota whose also a powerhouse but not a option.
MSU is best for xc. THey did pretty well over the weekend. Penn state is the best for mid distance. Ohio state sucks at everything.
Are you delusional? Wisconsin is clearly the best for XC.

Northwestern is better than all of the schools you listed.
