Moses in 2011 was under the management of Jos Hermens, the same for the next two years.
In 2014, he decided to change, going under the management of Zane Branson.
In 2013 practically never competed, so Zane, seated with me and Moses, purposed Moses some competition, and he accepted. The first of these competitions was Prague Marathon, and I think this was the first problem : Moses "supposed" to be ready, really was not ok, and finished the race slower than an easy training, in 2:20.
I was in Prague. Again, after the race, we seated together with Zane and Moses, and Zane purposed Moses to be followed, two weeks every month, by a physiotherpist of the group, in order to solve (finally) a problem in one leg, disturbing him from the beginning of 2012.
Moses had to follow my program. After a good beginning of the collaboration with the physio (in June I received two mails from Moses about his training), Moses practically disappeared, and Zane was not able to speak with him again.
I don't know really what happened (since I'm in China, and I received by mail the same communication you find in the first post), but I suppose Zane could not sign any contract for Moses, not being able to communicate with him, so decided to break the contract, for not having any responsibility with the athlete and with the organizers.
So, you are totally wrong in your post. Nobody threw him under the bus when he's struggling, the story of this year was with a new management, and Moses himself was the one deciding to change at the beginning of the season.
And, in all this story, my participation is Always the same : to coach Moses directly when I'm in Kenya, or to give him training programmes when I'm in some other place, not depending on the mnagement (I was the coach of Moses under all his managements : DAP (Gianni Demadonna) from 2002 till 2007, Golazo (Marc Costjen) in 2008, DAP again in 2009/10, Global (Jos Hermens) 2011-2013. And, if Moses decides to go back, probably in the future, too.
